The Catholic church
The structure and the ceiling of the sanctuary recalling Gothic both support the assumption that the church was founded in the Middle Ages. During the fights against the Turks, then in 1704 during the war against the Habsburgs, the church was completely demolished and it was only rebuilt in 1749. This is when it received its Baroque façade and the beautiful equipment of the sanctuary. Its altar-piece was prepared at the honor of the martyr Saint Lawrence. The church was completely restored in the 1990s.
